did 3 sets of chins x12 down the park with the kids.

this afternoon, back a bit stiff so didnt go as heavy as I wanted:
125.5 x 5
128 x 5
133 x 7 work set left it there.

hammers upto 28 x 12

squats
93k x 5 x 3 sets.Could heave done more but was moving some timber about which I borrowed from work...

good mornings 3 sets up to 50k x 10. once again, to light but dont want lower back DOMS mid work week.

did 3 sets of forearm extensor ss with forearm flexors.

A bit tired, Magnus and I did a martial arts display today for our club. but anyhow..

Some ohp:
53k x 6, tried 55k x 5, then did 53k again and manged...6 again. strip down 43k x 10
some rear delts and some front raises.

back stiff was going to do some deads but have done some tree felling these few days so did a few light sets of curls ss with french press oh. upto 45k x 10

I think deads are part of the key to gh and hence, a longer, healthier life. So did some with a stiff back.

warmed up with hip thrusters.

Once I started it felt OK.
went up to 133k x 10.

some light shrugs sets of 20 up to 113k

103 x 6...could have done double and was intending to go heavier but felt a slight tightening so stopped...

good mornings:
was going well did 53k x 10 then 63k x 6 and belted up did 73 x 3 but felt like the LHS still weak from the damage 3 years ago so stopped.#

You know, Ive lost so much power since I had a series of spazums in my back 3 years ago but what the hell, I look 10x better and in fairness after 2 plus years of intense martial arts and yoga Im in far far better all round shape in, even than I was when I was 25 years younger and at my physical peak. Its not all bad news is it.



If the weather improves Im going to kit my kids up and they can do some sparing. They are not the tallest and run lean but you know what, Ive equipped them with the ability to defend each other, manage conflict and make healthy choices.

We may have divereged away from most people but hell it feels like we are on a good path.

and still having some good luck with my training...

Did some dips isometric +10k work set.

med grip bench:
did a work set on 98k was a bit worried as havent lifted this weight in over 2 years but manged a comfortable 5 reps in direct contrast to last weeks ropy 93 x 5.
droped to 83k did cgbp 6 reps but wrists so sore from mma joint manipulation training in the week.

did some underhand rows
work set 93 x 8.

still under 12stone.

My little ones had a school friend over yesterday for tea. she saw me doing slds and told me i looked like the green man with big muscles. She can come again.
