After the way you hammered out 7 reps at the northern qulifier with some of them not even requiring leg drive i wouldnt worry about the session jonny.

Very impressive as i can appreciate the problems faced with being taller with longer arms!

Joni - you are right, and in a way I have allowed this lull by not eating properly, however I wasn't expecting to drop off SO much. There will be another 'high' planned for approx 10 weeks time when creatine and shakes will be nailed to help achieve this.

Will - after today I am!! Back to what worked reasonably well for me before.

Robbo - very kind of you to say, thanks. Need to get back to that kind of form (or better) if I'm not going to get totally gravel fooked at the England's!

IMO, and as you have alluded too, bin off the jerks, concentrate on your PP (which cant be bad having nailed 125) and you will be flying in a few weeks

Also, EAT!!!! Grin

Hi Jonny! You need to embrace your inner fatty and eat lots and make sure you are walking around at about 108kg most of the time, then just drop the weight for weigh in. You are much too big too weigh under 105 really. Well, your head alone must weigh about 75kg which doesn't leave much - lol!

Also, whats that real high calorie protein drink that you were nailing?

Ive got some rugby players who need some bulk who eat like 12 year old girls.
