Squat - paused 20 x 10 50 x 5 50 x 5 80 x 5 100 x 5 120 x 5 130 x 5 belt on 130 x 12 not paused form wasnt exactly perfect on the 130 sets but still not bad. 130x5 is 10kg more than i did last week and by default my 5rm for beltless + paused is 140x5 so hopefully be back upto that in a few more weeks. Front Squat - paused 50 x 5 70 x 5 90 x 5 belt on 100 x 5 110 x 5 - no pause doesnt look much but this isnt far off where i was at before injury. not done fronties for 3 weeks i think ? happy with those, form was very good. bit more in the tank. pull ups x 10 side ups x 10 wide chin ups x 10 side ups x 10 close overall a productive session. glad to be front squatting again and building the squat back up. my back felt fine today which seems promising. knee was frustrating and a bit off putting today tho. | ||

CGBP 20 x 10 20 x 10 50 x 5 80 x 5 100 x 5 115 x 3 125 x 3 130 x 3 130 x 3 130 x 3 135 x 3 nice and comfy. plan was 130's, but even 135 was smooth to say it was after a few work sets. only benching once a week now tho so expected it to feel heavier in the hands but wasnt that bad. Strict Axle - 1 powerclean per set 40 x 5 60 x 5 70 x 5 80 x 5 80 x 5 80 x 5 80 x 7 70 x 10 nice pause on chest between reps except the 70x10. tri's felt pretty spent after the 1st set of 80 too. not done standing strict on a bar/axle for prob a few months now so happy enough to start at 80 for multiple sets and after bench. most sets i didnt have my hands placed right cos i cud feel it wasnt balanced. 1 arm DB FTOH 40 x 15 (8 right, 7 left) even the 14th + 15th reps were easy enough and was going for 20! but got a real bad cramp on the inside head of my quad, i carried on as long as i cud. this cramp happens quite a lot wenever i do high rep clean n press. Circuits 25 rear fly / 20 side raise / 20 inc fly / 20 front raise 20 rear fly / 20 side raise / 19 inc fly / 20 front raise pleased with today altho still feel bench should be a lot stronger than it is. | ||

Uk limbo dancing champion Member 2666, 6551 posts SQ 202, BP 170, DL 255627.0 kgs @ 88kgs UnEq | Deadlift 50 x 10 80 x 5 110 x 5 130 x 5 145 x 5 160 x 5 belt on 180 x 5 heaviest beltless and belted sets since back injury (well did 200x3 n re-injured myself so excluding that as it wasnt really a successful set lol) was quite tough, can tell iv not gone heavy on deads lately. also this new form is obv making it harder in a few ways: lowering slower, different rhythm between reps, and maintaining straight back constantly. i cud of done more reps if need be but wether id of kept good form i dont know so wasnt risking it. DOH Axle Deads 70 x 3 90 x 3 110 x 1 120 x 1 130 x 1 140 x F the 130 was quite comfy, grip felt solid on it n cud of held it longer if need be. 140 barely broke the floor. not bad as iv barely worked grip at all, should bring this up if i do some weekly grip work. Axle Rows 70 x 10 DOH 90 x 5 DOH 90 x 10 DOH 90 x 10 90 x 15 pleased with the DOH. never done rows on axle, just did it cos was set up from the deads. think i should be ok going back to normal weights on rows next week. doesnt look much but best deadlift session iv had in about 5-6 weeks, just got keep going forward from here now. | ||

Strict Log bar warms ups x 10, 10 40 x 5, 5 60 x 5 75 x 5 90 x 2 97.5 x 3 97.5 x 3 97.5 x 3 97.5 x 2 felt really weak today. warming up on bar i knew i was lacking power, the 60's wasnt even fast n the 75's werent far off grinders. all the sets/reps were grinders except the 97.5 x 2 went up quite quick on both reps then i failed the 3rd lol WTF! annoyed at how bad it felt, last weeks 95x3x5 was quite comfy. CG Dead Press 20 x 5 50 x 5 70 x 5 90 x 5 100 x 5 105 x 5 110 x 5 115 x 6 forgot how much i liked these. going to try add them in regularly somewhere. was just finding a starting point today. Seated Press 50 x 10 70 x 5 80 x 7+F 85 x 5 thought 90x5 was asking abit much today, especially after tiring tri's on dead press. happy enough with those numbers on a weak day tho. will redo todays log weight next week and hope its better. dont feel that the other lifts went to bad, definately not in comparison to log anyway. | ||

Squats 20 x 10 50 x 5 80 x 5 100 x 5 120 x 5 belt on 135 x 10 135 x 10 got a vid of the 135 just to make sure form wasnt getting worse as the reps went on. il try get it uploaded tonight n let people judge. Front Squat 70 x 5 92.5 x 5 belt on 102.5 x 5 112.5 x 5 wanted to film the top set but i forgot n dont think cam had enough charge anyway. felt like form was very good, usually is a lot better on fronts than squats for me tbf. DOH shrugs 100 x 10 120 x 10 130 x 10 chalk 140 x 10 150 x 8 150 is heaviest iv been on these. grip still felt good enough to get 10 on 150 but i must be s**t at shrugs as it was traps that failed lol. side ups x 10 wide pull ups x 10 side ups x 10 close chin ups x 13 took a lot longer than normal cos had my lil bro round n was teaching him how to squat n deadlift, n more talking between sets etc. | ||
