Log - 1st 3 reps of each set strict, then push press 40 x 6 60 x 6 70 x 6 80 x 6 90 x 6 90 x 6 90 x 5 all strict. had to let it go cos hands kept slipping off the handles 90 x 6 all push. rain was annoying, floor wasnt that slippy but the handles was. prob wudnt be as bad if i didnt use suicide grip. pretty sure the 6th strict wud of gone. seated press 20 x 5 40 x 5 60 x 5 70 x 5 80 x 5 85 x 5 tng 85 x 5 tng 80 x 5 didnt do these last week as had no bench. 5kg more on all top sets than last time and id say it was easier. quite pleased with that. Log FTOH 85 x 6 in 90 secs (did 5 in 60 secs) a bit s**t to say i did 80x9 strict in 90 and 80x12 not timed a few weeks ago. hopefully its due to being lazy the last few weeks and not that 5kg has made that much difference lol. pull ups x 12, 12, 10 cuff raise x 20, 15, 15 rear fly x 12, 12, 12 upright row x 10, 10, 10 | ||

Squats - paused, except 155 + 165 20 x 5, 5 50 x 5 80 x 5 110 x 5 135 x 5 belt on 145 x 5 155 x 5 - tng 165 x 6 - wraps went for 6 as it was 2 x BW and 6 is my best @ 2 x BW, 87/175. altho the 6th was hard i think i could of grinded a 7th. happy to hit that with 1 in the tank and after more work sets... the other sets arent far off my best either when i was 87kg. front squats - paused 50 x 5 80 x 5 100 x 5 belt on 110 x 5 120 x 5 - not paused quite hard but i think thats 10kg up on last time and didnt do any last week. yoke - 23m 220 in 23 secs - 1 drop 220 in 19 220 in 21 220 in 19 could of gone quicker if on flat surface but cos it was tilted and uneven every time i tried faster steps n hit an indent id wobble n it threw me off. still s**t times really but not done yoke since dragons and then i didnt train it much as i was focusing on the farmers. hopefully will get better with more practice. farmers hold 100's x 38 sec 100's x 36 sec 1st time doing these properly and it was prob harder on lower back and arms than it was on grip. again hopefully get better with more practice. took about 3 hours lol. dad turned up as i started tho so talking a lot in between sets. happy enough overall a good session and plenty of good work. | ||
