Pull Ups x 10 x 4 sets BB Row 50 x 10 70 x 10 70 x 10 70 x 10 + 50 x 20 drop set Inc Curls x 14, 11, 8, 8. pleased with deads, best all year since injury was 215x3 (altho much easier last time) so to hit that after losing 5-6kg and dead sessions not been very consistent lately, i counted only 3 heavy sessions since sept 13th so 10 weeks theyve been hit n miss for various reasons. | ||

Uk limbo dancing champion Member 2666, 6551 posts SQ 202, BP 170, DL 255627.0 kgs @ 88kgs UnEq | BW 81.4 post food Seated Press 20 x 20 50 x 5 60 x 4 70 x 3 80 x 2 90 x 1 85 x 5 x 5 sets not great but still decent amount of work CGBP 20 x 20 50 x 10 70 x 5 90 x 5 - slight pec pain... moved grip out 90 x 12 90 x 10 90 x 10 90 x 9 90 x 8 pec was fine, looks like il be using this grip now. happy to hit 90x12 after OHP, pec injury n no benching for few weeks and a change in grip Skull Crusher x 8 x 4 sets dips x 14, 12 press up x 20, 19 Side raise SS cuff work 15 + 15 x 5 sets will have to remember to use that grip when i start benching again. 1 more session til op | ||

Squat 20 x 4 50 x 3 80 x 2 110 x 2 130 x 2 150 x 1 belt 170 x 1 182.5 x 1 - very slow knee was killing so didnt even get to warm up properly (didnt even want to do 5th rep on empty bar) a niggle returned on 150 set, outside of left quad. had it on n off this year but never been that bad. anyway carried on as its last session n planned a heavy single. hit my sticking point on 182.5 n was stuck there for maybe 3 secs, contemplated letting it go but managed to get it n kept decent form. after the 182 my niggle was a lot worse so couldnt carry on n get any rep work in. hurts now just walking upstairs... oops SLDL - beltless 50 x 10 80 x 8 100 x 8 120 x 8, 8, 8, 20 think i was maybe too conservative working at 120. Pull Ups x 10 x 5 sets Inc Db Row x 15 x 4 sets Inc Curl x 12, 10, 9, 8 would of liked to get more squatting done but not to worry. thought the 182 would of been slightly easier aswell but glad i managed to keep my back in a good position. last time i had to grind a rep i re-injured it | ||
