Well chuffed with the squats, fronties were really painful on my wrists, especially on the last couple of reps on the last 2 sets, don't know if i'm leaning forward too much?
Felt good after sled pull so added a couple of backwards pulls to replicate upcoming comp'.

I think it took me about an hour and a quarter, i try to keep my training around an hour, that's why I did db curl instead of chins because I can get through the sets quicker.

Everything felt hard tonight, except bench, gutted with db press, and as i couldn't go for a run as well, because the wife was out and kids were in bed, i decided to do a few circuits with my axle (punishment)lol.

Cheers pal, it felt really heavy, and I even had to continental clean one of the last reps, by accident mind, instead of a straight up clean.
I've never tried a continental before but I can see the reasons behind it now.

nice, i was adding in log as an assistance but thats me. think i might change for a 3 day week and something along the lines of what Smallsy suggested

Yeh, I'm thinking about fiddling around with this routine when I return from holiday. I don't know how yet, I quite like a four day split at the moment, I just have to fit more cardio in.

Yeah im not great on an axle. Tend to have to continental anything past 90kg due to having girls hands.
