I like to swing with the weights mate, rather than be in a fixed position, plus my arms werent long enough to reach the handlesGrin

thanks mate, deadlifts felt good today and JC yeah they were all C&P although I was badly out of breath afterwards, more conditioning needed I think

Still mate, that is very good. Anywhere 8+ will place very high IMO
