Out of intrest - do you stick to a certain routine with your training or go with what you feel.

Only reason i ask is because you seem to train at around 100kg less than your max.

I generally go with how I feel but sort of stick to a plan of increasing the weight each week building up to a comp, I did 180 squat and have another 7 sessions on it before my PL comp, so will jump up 15-20kg a week and hopefully nail 300kg+
