anti-social, except when needs help to put suit on Member 607, 2803 posts | Post Edited: 26.09.2011 @ 23:14 PM by lil_lee well as some people might have noticed i look as if i have come down with some form of popular wasting disease! :/this is due to a list of injuries that i can not seem to work around or get the better off! so this is my new log of trying to get in some sort of shape and trying some mma style training... i have signed up to a free lesson to see what the crap is all about my but main focus will be on the training side jus fitness and some power and conditioning work... so it started today with running.. yes running :/ i did 2.4km in 14 mins which was fooking hard trying to get theta under 10 mins is my first goal! then came home to do a small circuit of 25 push ups 25 front raises 25 side raises 25 rear raises with a band then 10 chins and 25 sit ups i did 5 rounds of this non stop and then blew chunks! i can see this being f**king hard work but i have no other option but to train like this just to ad to this i weigh 73.4kg at 22% body fat which i think is bollox tbh :/ | ||

anti-social, except when needs help to put suit on Member 607, 2803 posts | not curing the aids mate.. the aids resides in my adductor tendon that has been tearing on and off for 6 months! aftr 4 week physio and 2 week active rest if tore again so was suggested 6 weeks total rest then tore no i have asked for cortisone which is a 18 week wait and they might just send my back to physio :/ during this time iv had a dodgy back but i can fix this with vigerous streching that seems to work really well and tendonitis in my shoulder so squat deads and bench have been on the menu for over 6 months :/ time to knock the weight on the head and get physical fit in a new and different way i guess then who knows... | ||

anti-social, except when needs help to put suit on Member 607, 2803 posts | cheers paul... not really what people wanna be reading but f**k it ha i have no idea smalls im went bang deadlifting out of the blue and just won't heal i seem to do most damange to it at work doing silly little things.... its a common footballers injury due to twisting and turning but physic assed how i move, walk, run and saw no imbalance just over stressed | ||

anti-social, except when needs help to put suit on Member 607, 2803 posts | smalls ur on crack! jus a lil update on my work.... after my first run i came down with cold and a craving excuse for a few days off work! felling much better and off my nut of sudafed i had a few beers on saturday nite and left my car at a mate... rough as took i ran to his in the am to get my car did another mile and a half in 13.54 a step up from my first effort and i was hung over then i quick drive to a lades to take dog for a walk turned out to be a 8 mile 2.5 hour affair! then tonight hung over again i took my dads walk and found a peachy mile route to practice the 6 min mile! then got back and did another 1.5 mile run quicker than my first attempt but i did a sprint to start and pace was hampered but recovery time is miles better then did a circuit in my room mainly with bands 25 presses 25 side raises 25 rear flies then 25 triangle press ups then 25 sit ups and 5 chins a mins rest and did this for 5 sets then worked on some band push downs from chin bar got a nice little pump onwards | ||

anti-social, except when needs help to put suit on Member 607, 2803 posts | well seeing as now i have over come my aids i thought after kegs not so little comment id chirp up! im back at it after 8 month off and looking like i was an aids victim... i hit rock bottom coming back from latvia w after a week on the piss no food and less hookers i weighed in at a shocking 69kg adductor tendon still attached i am weighing in at an all time high of 80.2kg in the morning in the buff im bk upto a 200kg dead 140 double squat and 115 bench ( all very small numbers but serious progression) 240kg 15" im in hospital tomoro to decided weather to have a cortisone injection in my groin or leave it as im having no pain atm... as for training it has taken on a boaresque technique emphasised on lots of super sets and fast training to get me breathing and im loving it atm! so i will decided my future tomoro after talking with the hip specialist! | ||
