Shirted Bench 160k
Deadlift 272.5k
As sumo is the new black, learn to sumo
get a 680k EQ total at the next BPC Open
Get a 700k total by the end of the year
Have a go at a novice strong man comp

I think its about time i put some goals down.

1. 200kg deadlift
2. 165kg squat
3. 120kg bench
4. improve squat form
5. improve grip strength
6. keep weight under 110kg
7. 60kg military press for 5x5
8. enter a comp
9. take measures to avoid surgery on right knee
10. avoid other injurys

Hello:

I'll be back in the UK within two weeks. Back in the gym, i'll be starting from scratch but i'm no stranger to that.

My goals will change during the months, I have an idea of where I can be by the end of the year, and more importantly by April/May next year.

Goals are:

1) To get back in the gym

Well, I think end of year goals ought generally to be goals that you reach somewhere around the end of the year - otherwise you've not set your sights high enough. Either that or made amazing progress of course - but that's not likely with all of them.
