No need to binge on the meat or dairy for weight gain. The fattest member of Sugden is vegan - perhaps try other options?

While rick is miles ahead on the weight front, he doesnt count (sorry mate!) because the bulk was not built during training Wink

Sorry Rick I missed your question mate. I'm just mindful of my age, or to be more accurate my girlfriends age which is 19 years less than mine, and the consequent need to maintain good levels of fitness to ensure all parties are kept happy !
I've never been a fan of the "power belly" look and feel that 110kg may just be acheivable without too much loss of strength. If it proves unrealistic at least I'll get a good deal fitter in the process which can't be a bad thing.

OK here goes:

Squat 227.5kg raw
Deadlift 280kg raw
Front squat 170kg
18" deadlift 300kg
Power jerk 140kg
Power clean 140kg (followed by above power jerk)
120kg log press (IFSA spec log)
150kg farmers walk (20 metres)
180kg atlas stone load (minimum 48 inch platform)
120kg axle clean and press (60 mm axle)
320kg super yoke (20 metres)

OK so it's 11 but the power clean and power jerk could be combined into 1.

Awesome stuff Millsy, best of luck with it. I've added them to the list.

I've realised that to get a 50kg pull up I'm going to have to lose about 10 kilos of bodyweight, so I think it'll be interesting. Some of my goals will have to be done at certain times of the year otherwise they won't happen at all.

still really want to get into strongman
and i hope the MT beginers comp goes ahead
but for powerlifting im hoping for

squat now 170k end 07--- 220k
bench now 117k end 07--- 140k
dead now 230k end 07--- 260k+
i think thee a very realistic goals

i would also like to overhead press at least boady weight
so its 110k atm the most i have pressed is 70k but i haven't done
any till a week ago

Hmm, not sure why I hadn't posted in this before... Anyway, ten goals, here goes;

Squat - 180kg
Bench - 130kg
Deadlift - 230kg
Overhead press (log) - 100kg and/or bodyweight
Yoke - 300kg for 20m
18" deadlift - 250kg
Farmers walks - 120kg for 20m - this will be hard, i am weak as f**k at them for some reason.
Stone - 150kg to standardish platform
Improve endurance/cardio/fitness
Get traps so big that I no longer have a neck Happy
