I'm just mindful of my age, or to be more accurate my girlfriends age which is 19 years less than mine, and the consequent need to maintain good levels of fitness to ensure all parties are kept happy ! I've never been a fan of the "power belly" look and feel that 110kg may just be acheivable without too much loss of strength. If it proves unrealistic at least I'll get a good deal fitter in the process which can't be a bad thing. | ||

I've realised that to get a 50kg pull up I'm going to have to lose about 10 kilos of bodyweight, so I think it'll be interesting. Some of my goals will have to be done at certain times of the year otherwise they won't happen at all. | ||
