Woke up today, looked in the mirror, and thought the outer head of my triceps could do with some extra mass. So I morphed into a bodybuilder and went down to the Sugden.

Did some squats yesterday but they weren't worth writing about, was still coughing s**t up which made it difficult.

Good stuff mate, you'll get 95 next week and then if you have a consistent month of benching I think you'll be good for the magic 100.

lol, didn't realise you had such a long break from gym work, and then being good for a new PB Grin thats great!

You werent far off, strength is there, couple weeks of building towards it and you will nail it.
