Baz's mate Mike gave me 2 capsules of 'Adrena Lean' after benching, turns out they have 250mg caffeine, 5mg yohimbine, 25mg synephrine, and I already had ~100mg caffeine beforehand...so 600mg caffiene and other s**t...not f**king suprised I got 15 15 20 on dips and felt like I could have done 10 more sets. Was so wired I almost went for a shot of JD to calm the f**k down. Almost beats my record of 600mg caffiene and 60mg ephedrine I had at Millsy's once Grin

When I have the money to go to Adders and feel stronger. I'd be taking the piss there at the moment.

Thats not bad. Like Joni said, maybe you should switch places. Bench press after pp since you have more experience in it, focus on the pushies might be a smart bet.
