Treadmill (walking):

10min. (10min./km)

Stretching 30min.

It was about time to start doing some cardio..but it was fun and same time useful!
Supposed to do squat tommorrow..we'll see what comes of it.

Short one again..
Cutted my other hand because of a metal peace on the dumbell's side so I couldn't do anymore of anything because the blood didn't stop dripping..
Yoke wasn't good..dumbell was ok!!

Pre season workouts been good!!

11.02.11 Deadlift.

Deads:

5 x 60kg,
5 x 100kg,
5 x 140kg,
3 x 200kg,
3 x 5 x 232,5kg

Ab's on a cable machine:

3 x 12

Sitting row's:

3 x 12

That was it for friday nights fever..
Didn't complete 5 x 5 in deads because I tore my hand.
Pisses me off because I know that I could have been able to complete those sets but because my hand tore from the center I couldn't even pull it to the end with straps.
Well..luckily it didn't went too bad considering I'm going to events on Tuesday.

Snatch:

6 x 2 x 20-50kg

Clean & jerk:

6 x 2 x 50-105kg

Light sesh after the massage just to get the stiffness to soft muscles..
Preparing for todays deadlifts..supposed to do 5 x 5 x 232,5kg.. Unhappy

Axle deads (double overhand):

3 x 90kg,
3 x 120kg,
1 x 140kg,
1 x 150kg

05.02.11 Events.

Conan's wheel:

2 rounds/sleigh,
2 rounds/60kg + sleigh,
2 rounds/120kg + sleigh,
2 rounds/160kg + sleigh

Tyre flip 380kg:

1 x 4

Stones:

2 x 2 x 120kg, 140kg,

Updates from last weeks exercises.
Whole man is starting to be all wood..or atleast the events felt like!! I'm getting a massage tommorow atlast!!
Rest of the week icludes a heavy set of deadlift (or atleast for me..) and maybe some events..we'll see what comes out of them..

31.01.11 Squats and presses.

Squat:

2 x 5 x 70kg,
5 x 120kg,
5 x 150kg,
1 x 180kg,
2 x 5 x 200kg

Bench press:

5 x 60kg,
5 x 100kg,
5 x 130kg,
2 x 5 x 160kg

Nice sesh alround!
Squats went according to my "program" so next time it's time for 2x5x210kg.
Every press in bench was with a stop on the chest. Went well!!
We'll see if it's time to do deadlift according to my program or events at the end of the week..should I go for the coin..heads or tails?

Viper log 12":

2 x 2 x 85kg,
10 x 100kg

Speed bench:

2 x 5 x 70kg,
5 x 90kg,
3 x 5 x 110kg

Short but effective..
Felt pretty s**tty after the long stride.. Grin


27.01.11 Evening exercise..

Bicep curls with dumbells:

5 x 12 x 8kg-24kg

"Hollywood" biceps on a cable machine:

3 x 12

Little bit of cross trainer and some stretches on top..

Two nice sessions for the day..
Goddamn flu is coming on top.. Don't think that it would be wise to train events on saturday so it won't get worse.
I guess I'll have to rest now.. Unhappy
