Been debating with the idea of doing a log so here it goes

Im training at Winning Health Solutions in Southampton with Tom Hibbert
Started small bits of training about a month or so ago doing strong man events one on ones....you get the idea

im now training around 4 times a week with tom!

my current numbers are

Log : 100kg
Squat : 200kg
Deadlift : 220kg

Goals for my 1st comp around march time

Log : 130kg - 140-kg (pb 135kg 31/1/13)
Squat : 240kg - 260kg (pb 240kg 31/1/13)
Deadlift : 280kg - 300kg (pb 290kg 1/2/13)

Got strongman training tomorrow so will start then with the journal then

thanks for having a look guys let me know of any tips or things to help me
will also put videos up as i go along.

thanks again
