Just felt really tight getting under the bar. I like paused squats going to keep doing these, although I have lost alot of strength with being off and not eating right. Can't wait to get back to full blown training in the New year. | |||

light rehab work today with the physio, rom is still rubbish though ![]() might try squats tonight or tomorrow, hopefully pain free. | |||

Yeah this morning I am 113.9kg. 500 grams of carbs a day and 400 grams of protein, with 30 mins cardio a day has worked really good. |
