Just felt really tight getting under the bar. I like paused squats going to keep doing these, although I have lost alot of strength with being off and not eating right. Can't wait to get back to full blown training in the New year.

light rehab work today with the physio, rom is still rubbish though Unhappy

might try squats tonight or tomorrow, hopefully pain free.

A new start. rehabbing my current shoulder injury then hopefully back to heavy training.

raw deadlift 270 never had a clean run with deadlifts, always been injured in a way that effected how heavy I went.

Yeah this morning I am 113.9kg. 500 grams of carbs a day and 400 grams of protein, with 30 mins cardio a day has worked really good.
