light day at the gym yesterday( abit of a challenge with the lads i go to the gym with.)

1 min break between sets,totaly pumped after that

incline bench with the log

few tri exercise

training heavy for the next 4 months or so as it looks like ive been entered into a comp Grin

thought this would be a better way to keep track of my workouts/lifts. ive only been training 9 month ish, but progress is good so far. my goals for the year are 230kg squat, 140kg bench, 250kg deadlift.

hi all, just wondering if anyone could give me a rough estimate of the sort of weight i should be able to lift before i enter a comp. deadlift? squat? shoulder press? etc. looking to enter some comps in 2013, first one being a novice one in shetland.
