I did 40x30 last week ya silly bugger!

did some s**tty deadlifts today, just in time to start the deload
worked up to 125x3, 140 somehow failed, 130x1 was heavy as s**t. so, that's the first deload workout

1rm deads on Sunday, MP on Tuesday.

Deload after that.

Next cycle building up to Dec. 20th deadlift meet at a friends' gym, should have the weight at:
Deadlift 155
Bench 90
MP 70
Squat 125

these are technical 1 rep maxes, as in I have done 90-95% of them in this cycle, so I can assume a small raise for the next cycle.

75x3 - now this is the kicker, this is a 1 rep more than before PR, but I had 5 in me, these 3 were with 1 breath, then for some reason I lost tightness and sort of lowered it too fast. Had 5 IN ME f**kS SAKE!
