Next cycle building up to Dec. 20th deadlift meet at a friends' gym, should have the weight at: Deadlift 155 Bench 90 MP 70 Squat 125 these are technical 1 rep maxes, as in I have done 90-95% of them in this cycle, so I can assume a small raise for the next cycle. Deadlifts 60x5 110x3 FELT HEAVY 120x3 130x3 140x4 nice pr, these were getting progressively easier but the 4th lockout was a bit of a grind so I stopped. | |||
