If you had say 6-8months of time with no responsibilities and just the goal of getting bigger/stronger, what would you do? (preferably without drugs) e.g training daily, training twice a day, increasing calories massively, more mobility work etc.. | |||

Feeling just as rough.. Bench 20kg x 5 40kg x 4 60kg x 3 80kg x 2 90kg x 1 97.5kg x 3 PB, 2 - Second rep of second set I lost my line badly, and with no spotter it was not worth the risk so stopped there. 90kg x 3, 3 Deadlift (Conventional, Hook grip) 60kg x 3, 3, 3 100kg x 2, 2, 2 Belt on 140kg x 1, 1, 1, 1, 1 160kg x 1, 1 180kg x 1, 1 - Surprisingly not that tough and I maintained a decent position.
