Well happy with tonights session, PB's on yoke and farmers, was going to do sled pull after farmers but thighs were screaming a bit so just repped out log when packing away.

Hey, i noticed you say your joints were hurting are you taking any supplements for this, i found cod liver oil and glucosamine with chondroitin really helpful, and a good warm up too.
Also what grip are you using for the front squat?

Go DEEP, ass to the grass.
Seriously you should be going below parallel on every rep.
I normally go as low as i physically can on my warm-ups and then below parallel on working sets.
Check out some powerlifters squats on you tube, that will give an idea of the correct depth.
