Hey, im totally new to anything powerlifting and have been doing as much reading as i can. I've come up with a sample split, but im not sure if it covers all the bases. I've put it together having looked at a few articles etc
I'd be grateful if anyone could just glance over it and suggest any alterations, or just toally rip it apart and set me straight, thanks Rob

day1- heavy bench, incline DBpress, weighted dips
day2- heavy squats, leg press, SLDL
day3- Overhead/barbell press, heavy tricep work, reptition bench?
day4- heavy deadlifts, goodmornings, chins, maybe some rows?

obviously i wouldnt be training 4 consecutive days, i just wanted to get down some sort of order.

Looks OK. Might be better if it was condensed down to 3 days, to aid recovery.

you mean weaknesses as in weak tri's and bi's etc, or weak major parts, such as back? Id say my main areas of weakness that i'd like to really push on with are my shoulder (pressing movements) and my legs.
