Goals for this year are to win bits 105 and get a bit of experience in opens!current pbs: Squat 300kg Deadlifts 340kg log strict/push 140/155 Axel strict/push 140/165 Farmers 160kg yolk 370kg Today's session: Deadlifts of block standing on platform! 300kg 3x3 Rope pull ups 1x10 Seating rope rows 3x10 Rope pull downs 3x10 dumbell row 3x10 first time doing rows in ages got pumped lol! | ||
