Squats still tough though,suppose I haven't been back on them that long after injury though | ||

Not sure about this 531 for bench. I seem to be able to get more reps at lower weights, but heavier weights seem, well, heavier. Coming up to deload so I'll have a think about it. 80 x 9 Bbb 55kg 4 x 10 1 x 8 Few dips, bit pissed off with bench so ended it there | ||
