Member 1732, 3 posts SQ 150, BP 100, DL 180430.0 kgs @ 112kgs UnEq | Hi everyone....... i am new to journals but have been training for about two years and am now 23,im on a pyramid progression programme roughly 4 sets 8-12 reps but now have hit a plateau where i want strenght not size and looks as theese are good but strnght struggling so am here doing a journal in the hope someone can tell me where im goin wrong and how i mite put it rite so here goes PB's: DL:180 SQ:150 OH bench:100 Will post after my next session........WORK hard PLAy Harder! :P | ||
