New lemon on the block Member 817, 73 posts | Not trained for the last couple of days because i managed dropped a plate on my ankle which resulted in a lot of swelling and soreness. back on it today with a quick one: 21/12/09 Push press 60x5 70x3 75x3 80x3 85 90-PB 95xF (next time) Clean pulls 110x2 110x3 120x3 - these felt very difficult for this weight. lat pull down curls | ||
