I started strength training back in 2010, but I had a bad period of severe mental health issues. I started in a strength gym 6 months ago and will focus on getting as strong as possible and competing in natural strongman.

I'm really into promoting health and well-being and mental health awareness now. I believe that the future of strength sports are drug-free, and I hope to inspire more people to compete naturally.

I've just started doing a 3/5/1 template, but I am focusing on the deadlift, OHP, front squats, and power clean. I will add an event day and train four times per week.

I've noticed the North Midlands drug-free regional deadlift record in the drug-free powerlifting federation at the under 145kg weight class is only around 285kg, which I believe is achievable in the next few years

60kg x 5, 100kg x 5 x 5 x 5

Close grip Bench

50kg x 5, 70kg x 5, 90kg x 3

Barbell row

I am emerging from the shadows to build an army to defeat the Illuminati. But on a serious note, I'm starting my journey toward health and well-being. My focus is primarily on self-defence, specifically Aikido and kickboxing, to boost my confidence, lose some weight, and connect with others in a supportive environment that emphasises self-improvement and cooperation rather than competition and also strength training for the mental health benefits.

Although I haven’t been going to the gym, I’ve managed to lose 10 kg by maintaining a calorie deficit—largely due to spending more time on online games.

At around 110 kg, I feel stronger and more capable, but my focus has shifted toward improving my overall health and well-being.

I’ve found that home training is the most sustainable approach for me, so I’m currently using a 15 kg dumbbell and plan to add resistance bands up to 120 kg.

With age, I’ve come to value cooperation, good relationships, and helping others far more than pursuing ego-driven strength goals.
