Recent training 130kg strict log , 340kg deadlift , 270kg squat in sleeves and 220kg bench press , I’ve stsrted log press for the first time 2 weeks ago , still trying too get used too cleaning it and getting used too push press , I’ve evtered a comp in December max log and max deadlift so I’m training for that after struggling for the last 6 months after tearing my hamstring

Good lifting. Very strong deadlift.

Just need to learn how to do a log clean. Graham hicks has one of the best log clean techniques

Thanks mate , it’s a lot harder then it looks cleaning the log isn’t it , I can’t seem too grasp it at the minute and it’s making my pressing harder cause I’m already work out by the time I get it too my shoulders

Its a lot harder if your using the wrong technique yes, your trying to clean it like you would a barbell. You need to squat don and pull it into your body
