Everything I am doing to try and fix (foam rolling etc) just seems do nothing. Anyone else have pain in their hip from farmers and yokes whilst actually performing the event? No problem at all when squatting and deadlifting which is why I am baffled | ||

If this doesn't work, try a stretch with band called a clam (I think). If its not a clam, I'll try and describe. Lie on your side, put band round your legs, bend knees so feet go towards arse, and without moving the leg that is in contact with floor, move the other leg towards the sky. This should stretch out nicely. But hopefully if this doesn't make sense, it is a clam so just YouTube it. | ||

It hurt especially when driving long distances Was IT band. Got checked over by a colleague at uni (physio). Got some supplementary exercises, naproxen and more sleep prescribed. | ||
