Member 2021, 556 posts SQ 220, BP 145, DL 302.5667.5 kgs @ 103kgs UnEq | I attempted some natural glute ham raises on monday after 2 weeks of doing them wrong on the glute ham machine( i was basically doing back extensions). The tendons behind my knees are really sore now, especially the outside tendons, felt really painfull to lock my legs out wen i got out of bed today. Is this normal for doing this excrcise for the 1st time? also i havent done any hamstring curls for a good 2 years either and even then they wer just now and again. I did 4 sets of 5, not one good rep but obviously these take time to develop the strength for. Thanks - Mike. | ||
