Thanks Mike..I have already added 20KG in 3 months as I could barely do 40KG when I first started so it will be interesting to see how much more I can do.I did 125KG at a comp in October and got told off for not going heavier. I haven't 1RM Since..I have been recovering from an injury and have got a bit chicken to dead lift heavy but it is my head more than my body!

Thank you all.. I came second so I am very happy. It was a great day and a very close competition. The girls where all amazing and such a great day. I am off to Scotland next for British international most powerful woman and the end of May..Bit more nervous about this one as it is a big comp and a world qualifier..Holy molly sounds even more scary when you say it!!...It will only be my 3RD comp though so I need to keep reminding myself just to enjoy the experience..Kinda hard when your super competitive though!..
I cant seem to save the videos and pictures people have posted on my page to put on you tube so I feel like I am doing a shameful plug to my page but if you would like to see how me and the girls did then please have a look..I will be posting more of the others today..
