I dont know much about Luke...although seem to remember speed or grip isnt his fortee Comp with farmers/yoke...that may let him down Then again, looking at those names, I know both Tom & Lawson are rapid with the farmers...no so much with the yoke He's certainly in with a shot!

Mike Woods + Sean O'hagan could also ppush hard for the win. I think this competitio will be won or lost on the big van lift. Not many guys lift it once never mind rep with it? Good luck to all athletes!

Mike will beast the deadlift...he's pulled 400+ You can make cases for lots of guys Mike will struggle on the stones Tom may struggle on the yoke As you say Bob, its wide open

Red Bull is banned in netball Member 799, 1484 posts | Best of luck to everyone doing this; I had to e-mail Bob last night and pull out of this. Unfortunately my arm just has not healed up since the Arm Wrestling at the UK's. Can't even clean a light axle, grip a light farmers or stabilise the yoke, so I am out. Mark is still doing it, and he will be Top 3. JC: the yoke is normally ok for me, jut that crap for tall folk kit we used in March didn't demonstrate it! Going to try and get down and watch still.
