6okg, 100kg, 140kg 5 reps
180kg 3 reps
220kg 1 rep

Axle clean and press

Set 1 80kg
Set 2 100kg
Set 3 110kg
Set 4 120kg
Set 5 130kg
Set 6 140kg

Leg press

3 sets 360kg 15reps

Haven't squatted for week so got some blood back in legs

All in all not bad day

Hammer dumbell curls

3 sets 10 reps - 20kg,30kg,40kg


Ez bar machine

3 sets 10reps


One arm cable curls/rope hammer curls super sets

3 sets 10reps each exercise


Close grip bench press

60kg 8 reps
100kg 8 reps
140kg 8 reps
180 3 reps


Close grip bench machine

3 sets 10 reps 140kg

Tricep push downs

3 sets 15 reps



Good day at crayford fitness and weights. Chest gettin stronger can't wait to see physio to sort out hamstring... Pickin up too many little injuries but got too plod on
