Power night...
Power snatch: worked up to 70kg for 3 sets of 1,
Power clean and power jerk: worked up to 100kg (PB)
Snatch pulls: 100kg 4 sets of 3 reps.
Front squat: 2,3,4,5,6,5,4,3,2 thingy again with 90kg.
Press behind neck: 40kg - 8, 45kg - 6, 50kg - 4, 55kg - 2, 60kg 2sets of 1 rep.
fairly good session.

Started with snatch and nothing was going right lol. so switched and did a C&J session.
Clean & jerk: Worked up to 100kg for 2 sets of 3 reps.
Squats: 100kg 2,3,4,5,6,5,4,3,2 30 secs rest. Too light gonna go 115 on these now.
Finished with some shoulder press.

Nice work on the Clean and jerk man. Also, good luck with the 115s next week. sets at 112 and 115 always killed me.I'll be reading this log often.

Strongman training in Bristol tonight.
Axle: 90kg failed 95.
Log: 80kg, 60kg for 5, 70kg for 5
Deadlift frame: with heavy tyre and 20kg weight plates thrown on every rep, 8 plates and the tyre.
Tyre flips: 3 flips on smaller tyre, 1 flip on f**king huge tyre lol.
Stones: just repped the 80kg stone cause didnt wanna tacky up for the slipery heavier stones. 5 reps.
Good session and is nice to know there is a strongman gym in Bristol so dont have to travel miles to train.

Bad shoulder so worked on deadlift
Deadlift: 170kg for 1
18" Deadlift: up to 190 for 1, then 150kg for 5 sets of 5 reps.
Squats: stayed with 100kg for last time. 2,3,4,5,6,5,4,3,2 reps, 30 seconds rest between each.
aim for under 90's is to not finish last and to get top 6 in 1 event.

Shoulder is really f**ked now so just training legs for couple weeks.
Squats: 2,3,4,5,6,5,4,3,2 reps 30 seconds rest between each set.
Squats: 80kg no lock out for 10 reps 2 sets.
Leg press: around 170kg for 2 sets of 15 reps
Leg curls: 3 sets of 12 reps.
Legs were burning so did some cardio to shed a lil bit of fat,
20 minutes cross trainer, 1000m row - 100m slow, 100m sprint etc.
