Well done

A 260 pull at 50 at 93bw is pretty fekin good,

Its a pain not being able to train you way you would like to or as consistently as you would like, but progress still can be made in your fifties. Less is more.

I'm just finishing a month of steadily cutting back to compete at u90 and if nothing else it has absolutely confirmed that eating more and gaining a bit of bodyweight is 100% behind the couple of PBs I've recently managed to hit. So that will probably be the way forward in my immediate future if I want the chance of lifting heavier weight.
I am going to alternate heavy deads to no more than every other week going forward as well; as they are disproportionately difficult for me to recover from.
