Not gonna lie, the meet was ****, the platform was angled down, so the spotters had to be holding the barbell at the end so it wouldnt roll down, which fatigued me :/ 2016.8.1. - Hektor Gym Deadlift up to 250 * 9 PR + 3 reps Shrugs up to 300 * 11 Shoulder press up to 90 * 11 PR + 1 rep Triceps close grip benchpress (no arch) up to 120 * 10 (1st and last 2 paused) Deadlift up to 280 * 1 Hammer curls 25 * 15 Skullcrushers 52.5 * 6 | ||
