Hey guys so on Saturday I had my meet and didnt do very well basically I only pulled my opener 265 and the 2nd and 3rd attempt smashed me. Not gonna lie, the meet was ****, the platform was angled down, so the spotters had to be holding the barbell at the end so it wouldnt roll down, which fatigued me :/

Triceps close grip benchpress (no arch)

It's hook grip.
My best hook grip is 282.5 on a stiff bar.
Best double overhand around 210-220

elbow and rotator cuff rehab + stretching

SHoulder and triceps strength is through the roof but I'm gonna be payin more attention to rehab and strething even though nothin hurts yet last thing I want now is getting hurt when everything is going so well.

So I took a lot of vit. X on saturday and got depressed so I wanted to hit a PR to make myself better and hit my first 300 kg deadlift today. gonna do some benchin in the evening.

then I played with weights from 150 - 220, various reps and stances etc
