My benching has come on well, hit 190kg raw but not paused. I'm aiming for 200 in the first half of this year. Turns out I have very short arms for my height. Might do some bench only comps. I'm going to focus on losing a bit of weight and correcting my posture as well. I'm going to leave deadlifting for a while. It's not worth the constant risk of injury from it. | ||

Didn't feel too heavy, just tiring today. Been a few weeks without doing much and even longer without benching waiting on my elbows to heal. They felt good today, got a pair of neoprene sleeves which felt like they helped. | ||

Bench Warm up 120 x 5 130 x 5 150 x 1 - shoulder not happy. Left it. Wide grip bench 100 x 5. 5 sets. Floor press 100 x 5. 2 sets. 110 x 5. 3 sets. BTN press 60 x 8. 3 sets. Seated barbell press 60 x 5. 3 sets. - fatigue kicking in now Close grip 100 x 8. 3 sets. Mile on the treadmill. 30 mins stretching. Down to 135kg body weight and feeling fitter for it. | ||

Warm up 120 x 5 150 x 5 180 x 3 180 x 5 180 x 3 190 x 3 I don't know what's wrong with my squat lately, I don't feel in the right groove. Paused squat - 5 count 150 x 3. 3 sets. Reverse straight leg deadlifts 110 x 5. 5 sets. Leg press Lots of stuff, mostly single leg as its a cable leg press with a light stack. Face pulls 4 x 10 Pulldown 4 x 8 About half an hour of stretching, really needed it. | ||

Seated press 80 x 5. 5 sets. Side raise 3 x 10 Pulldown 4 x 8 | ||
