Hey Neil,

What is a 'blick' that you are planning on dropping the weight on?

I noticed you swivel your wrists back upon the start of each new rep. I am considering that it's more beneficial to have the hand in alignment with your forearms for extra stability and push from the forearms; akin to wearing wrist wraps (for extra stability). I feel you are putting your wrists in a compromising position by having them retracted.
Although with the axle bar perhaps there is a tendency to bring the wrists further back to account for the larger diameter in attempt to envelop the hand around the bar and that's what you are trying to replicate.

I am posting my observations as I want to learn from superior strongmen. Thanks for any reflection on my comments.
All the best to you for the U90kg Southern Qualifier. I may come along to support.
Keep up the good work ethic.
