SLDL 1x5 on 40kg 1x5 on 80kg Work Sets: 1x8 on 100kg 1x8 on 100kg 1x8 on 100kg Good Mornings 3 sets of 10 reps on 40kg Keep these light as pretty taxed but I think it's better to get the volume required in then try and use too much weight and not hit the sets and reps.
