IIRC the equivalent of 3-4 cups of coffee per day is associated with cardiac issues. Further you may not feel the effects off caffiene but you body will still be experiencing a pressor effect. | ||

To be fair 300mg is similar to most pre-workout servings anyway. The difference for me is that I consume it with a lot of water over the course of my workout, like 2 hours or so, as opposed to just dumping it in one go like you'd do with a pre-workout. I'm sure my method is 'safer' than most pre workouts as it's just caffeine without the other gimmicky s**te but having done it for a while now, it might be a good idea to take a break! | ||

Well out of all seriousness if I get a good sleep I'm OK with a cuppa tea with my breakfast.I don't buy pure workout,most of the lads at ours will down monster,red bull,pre workout by the gallons lol.I can nearly afford protein powder and creatine amino acids and joint care my Mrs is would have some sort of breakdown if I asked for pre workout too. Im wondering though is it the weather? Bare with me .....the last two mornings have been dark and gloomy I've felt a bit crap.. | ||
