I scored some training and programing from multi world record holder Matt Sohmer for the squat and deadlift. The sessions are taxing, I will be filming all the core squats and deadlifts in the program and will post them here with a list of the assistance work that I do for that day.

Tired, sore elbows and knees, this was hard.

Anderson squat 175kg 3x5 - on the first set I only got 4 but got 5 on the last 2 sets

Training went well felt strong and feel I smashed it today.
Squat 200kg,210kg,205kg,215kg and 210kg all for 5 reps.
Front squats 215kg 4x4
Pause squats 175kg 3x3
hip thrust 125kg 3x6
goodmornings 90kg 3x5
landmines 15kg 2x10
reverse grip barbell row 100kg 2x6
