Member 4811, 50 posts SQ 160, BP 110, DL 200470.0 kgs @ 104kgs UnEq | A little about myself i am 27 years old From Notts, I have been training for 6 weeks now just your typical bodybuilding split to get into the swing of things, I know bodybuilding isn't for me... I love food too much! I have lifted weights over the years a week here a week there but preferred Martial Arts at that time, after a long lay off im really determined to get fitter and train my ass of in hopes to compete in a small strongman event in 2014/15. Goals: Don't eat too many cakes and compete in a strongman competition in 2014/15 First Training Session 10/11/13 Deadlifts Warmup 1x3 145kg 1x3 160kg 1x3 170kg 1x1 190kg PB 1x1 195kg PB Felt good 1X1 200kg PB Heavy as hell struggle locking out Good Mornings 1x8 40kg 1x8 50kg 1x8 60kg Barbell Rows 1X6 50kg 1x6 60kg 1x6 70kg Lat Pulldowns palms facing each other 1x8 45kg 1x8 60kg 1x8 75kg Hammer Curls 1x10 15kg 1x10 20kg 1x10 25kg Hyperextensions 3x10 130lbs | ||

Training 16/11/13 18" Deadlift 60kg x 6 100kg x 6 140kg x 3 Felt a slight pull in my back so dropped the weight 1st time trying these so not sure if im doing something wrong but didnt really like the 18" deadlifts so back to normal next week. 100kg x 6 Pull Throughs 3x8 100kg Barbell Rows 60kg x 10 80kg x 6 90kg x 6 100kg x 3 Lat Pulldown 65kg x 6 70kg x 6 75kg x 6 Hammercurls 15kg x 10 20kg x 10 20kg x 10 then 20kg to failure then 15kg to failure Hyperextensions 3x10 130lbs | ||

Member 4811, 50 posts SQ 160, BP 110, DL 200470.0 kgs @ 104kgs UnEq | Training 17/11/13 Seated Overhead DB Press 20 x 8 30 x 8 35 x 8 Clean + Press 40 x 3 60 x 3 80 x 1 DB Bench (Slight Incline) 25 X 10 30 X 10 35 X 10 40 X 8 - 2 weeks ago i struggle to do 3 reps and needed a push up at the start managed 8 with no help so happy with that Close Grip Bench 60 x 10 x 3 Superset 40kg Tricep Pushdown & 60kg Dip Machine 3 x 10 overall a good session i was happy with my dbell bench as 2 weeks ago i was struggling with 40kg now it felt alot easier. | ||
