Not to be confused with JC Member 60, 366 posts SQ 140, BP 75, DL 150365.0 kgs @ 125kgs UnEq | heard and read alot abotu these recently. are they good for strongman training when in the gym. while im off from doing events wondering if worth giving these a go to boost my strength up a bit. the walkouts, are they basically lifting the weight and walking of the rack? like holding the yoke weight. cheers | ||

Normlly with a lot more than you'd squat. If you've got back problems, id get those sorted before doing stuff with a weight above your squat max. In fact, id get it sorted before I did anything heavy for the back. | ||
