Member 5651, 6 posts SQ 280, BP 170, DL 270720.0 kgs @ 120kgs UnEq | First Entry. 5/5/15 Press Day Seated military Press ( deadstop ) Warmup Bar - x10 x2sets 60kg - x10 x2sets 80kg - x8 90kg - x5 Working set 100kg - x4 ( wanted 5 but wasn't happeing) - x3 - x3 - x3 110kg - x1 (2nd rep = Fail) Thought i would pull it off as last set of 100 felt good! 100kg - x2 (fatigued on 2nd rep) (rest) Axle Push press Warmup Axle - x10 x2sets 60kg - x5 (strict) 80kg - x5 (strict) 100kg - x3 x2sets Working sets 110kg - x3 x2sets 120kg - x1 ( went for a 2nd and 3rd but missed lockout on both) Totally drained i then went and did some hypertrophy/bodybuilding stuff. Lateral shoulder raises - 25kg x12tofailure x5sets Viking Press - Warmup 60kg x12 Working set 100kg x5 x5 (only got to 4 reps on last set, perfect time to finish) Feedback from session Didn't feel any pain from elbows today but disappointed with failure on 120kg axle press. | ||
