Sat squats Walkouts 245 255kg 265kg Eccentric only 235kgx2 245kgx1 255kgx2 Was controlled, happy with these, hardest part was spotting, as expected was always off centre, hence only doing one rep. not nice walking out 265kg haha Squats 168gx5 186kgx4 203kgx3 180kgx4 197.5kg3 214kgx2 Last set was tough, but depth was best it has been. Been a tiring week so happy to hit these numbers under fatigue Max effort isometric rack pull (from mid thigh) 5 sets of 5 secs superset Broad jump 5 sets of 2- Had nothing left, managed 220cm lol | ||
