Hello,

I follow what Jordan Wong basically say's, he is a advocate of 1020life and a WRholder in the Squat, so i question him a lot.
He also does the coaching thing, so if you need a coach, i would give him a try.


My lifts are:
Squat 177,5 in 2014, had stress then i did loose strength,
Bench is: 82,5x8 at the moment, strongest was 115
Deadlift: 200 sumo, conv. about 180
weight is 85-88 but i can just cut down in 1, 2 days to 83 if i have to.

Workout: Sunday bench:
80x4x8 comp grip
70x4x8 (wide grip)
Push ups 5x15
Shoulder 5x15

feeled like sauna club

intl. Squat monday
Lowbar, wide stance was crippled a bit, Shoes Romaloes
I think, really i think that i squat much more quad dominant with Romaloes, but without my fast descent.

132x8 (70% of 190)
okay, first it feeled okay for 2 reps, then i had the grind reflex somewhere in my brain
132x6 die, grinded it
132x8 (depth issue, i normal squat to comp. depth without problems)
132x5 (again)
132x4 (okay, now it was atg)
I also got fatigued, normal I squat that even drunk.

Frontsquat, wide:
90x8,6,8,5
i lost groove,

Pull ups 3xamrap
Shrugs, barbell 80kgx4x15 (shrugs never build Batista traps)
Leg curls 4x15 (i also hate leg curls)
Abroll, (no time, did 2x abrollx5 and 2 planks 30 seconds)

Wednesday bench
82x4x8
75x3x8 (wide grip, at one set, i only got 7 reps, because i paused to long and then i wasn't able to bench it up, so it landed on the safety and did choke me a bit, was funny)
And pushups 4x12, and shoulder 4x15

By the way, I'm from austria, i basically log here because i try to catch the Tom Martin magic.

So:

i did squats, and dl today, at friday (i said to Jordan that we cut the belt, he said it's no point, i think it is, so i cut the belt)
My ipod went black.

But i hit the plan, except i did shrugs.
115x7 (highbar pause)
110x8
107x8 all pr beltless

150x3x5 (pr)

defitit deadliff: uff 110x3x5
back 4x15 did rows with dumbells on a bench
shrugs 4x15
leg curls 4x15
ab roll 4x3

Hello, recap:
most important no bicep pain.

Monday was 5x7x130 (could do 8) (it was 7 7 7 6 8 )
so my current rm wtihout a belt is probably around 182ish

frontsquat 80x4x8 (quads, hips, some bodypart was fatigued, also accidentally killed and miscounted a rep, on the squats before, feeled strong but somehow my core feeled angry on frontsquat so i tried to squat superclean)
At pullups i used weight, 20kgx7,6,6 no weight pullups feel currently weird.
Shrugs from 30 to 40x15
db lunges 4x15 still feel uncommon (used just 15kg per hand)
leg curl
did 5x7 abroller and 2x30sek planks.

Tuesday: i accidentally started to bench, i thought it's wednesday and then when i had the newspapers i saw it was tuesday
85kgx6x6 (had 1 rep left)
75kg widegrip 4x8
skipped shoulder and did pullups

Thursday shoulder, military press picked rp7, was like rpe5,
warmed shoulder and tendonds and stretched bicep
military press, 55x5x5 (much to easy)
50x3x8 (also to light)
the shoulder exercise where you swing the dumbell upwards but not in front, to the sides.
5x15
and dips 5, 10kgx5 20kgx5 20kgx5 20kgx5 and 1x8 to finish

shoulder mobility

Friday: actually i did last friday 1x8 115kg, still a pr but i forgot to load the ipod touch where i had my plan,
so this friday it was all right. 3x7 112,5kg
Sumo 160kg 3x4
(the % weight is not reduced, i'm lift nearly the same with belt)
deficit with 120kgx3x5 (missread of 3x5) did 140x1 normal conventional to rethink of technique
But i picked the highest deficit i lifted of a aerobic stepper
rest like plan

Saturday:
touch and go bench80x5x10
close grip 65x4x8 (my glued plate broke because i forgt it was glued)
skipped shoulder, but did plate rotations for wrist, stretches and plate hold
push ups 5xamrap (didn't count, 18 something)

Had problems, somehow my mobility was low and bench was no fun lately.


Still lifted 160x5 sumo with bad mobility and my arch is now bats**t insane.
