Member 1256, 90 posts SQ 180, BP 150, DL 220 550.0 kgs @ 110kgs UnEq	There has been a considerable delay in this event being posted on sugden. Couple of slight changes and updates from the last few weeks,... We ARE allowing the use of cont / belt cleans. Craig m is reffing and due to the delay in this posting, 9 of the places have already gone. There's a real mix of ability and lifting backgrounds, which is exactly what we wanted as the focus is to celebrate Mr Hallidays life and keep the story alive.

Im no bloody specialist either! Theres a right mix of lads competing,very mixed ability, mostly from strongman backgrounds but also one ex GB olympian, and a local 17 year old who is showing a lot of talent. Got you facebook msg too, more than welcome. Its all a bit 'tongue in cheek', but its all about celebrating Mr Hallidays life. I think it will be a great afternoon. : )

Spoke to Andy littler a few times recent, he's unfortunately tied up with the bupa 10k run in Manchester on the same day. Shame that. Will be other times though. : )
