Member 5810, 17 posts SQ 180, BP 140, DL 250570.0 kgs @ 80kgs UnEq | Thursday 3rd September 2015 VMO and glute strengthening exercise due to muscular imbalances, nothing special Saturday 5th September Worked up to 100kg log clean and press NEW PR, then went down in weight to failure followed by some supine dumbbell press + weighted pull-ups Monday 7th September 2015 Squat doubles with 160kg, 4 sets then back down to 145 kg and bashed out 7,5,5 ! Followed up with a 220kg deadlift for 2 reps, 200kg x 4,4 Band hip thrusters for the 🍑 | ||

Farmers PB 120kg per hand 1x 20 metres length Monday 14fh September 2015 Worked up to a 140 bench press 1RM ( not a PB but a current 1 RM at 80 kg body weight ) | ||
