Right lads as some of you know i've introduced barbell complexes into my training to get some HITT work in whilst getting in some functional strength training in too.

so i have not been using my Kettle bells as it was really aggravating my back so i'm now thinking to do complexes with front squats, press, front squats, press
where i'll squat the press with one arm then squat and press with the other and that would be one set.

think this would be good to do first thing in the morning for 10 to 15 minutes.
then if i can get 2 hours for constant state cardio in a week with the training i'm doing i think it will help.

just thought a would post and see what people would think to this

super stuff neil mate !

i like the thruster type complex

other squat type ones you may want to try are squats with the kettlebell overhead (very tough) or mabie holding the bell by the horns (both hands) and then pressing it overhead , similar to the thruster but with both hands ..

You could also do single arm clean, to squat, to press or single arm lunge to press (duck under the bell into a lunge locking arm out)

Wide stance squat (2 hands on kettlebell handle) to explosive upright row.

You may also wanna check out a 'true snatch pull' on you tube from kettlebell athletics.
Its a great move just watch you dont smash the bell on your head as you drop it.

thanks for the suggestions guys but currently cant do swings as it aggravates the lower back and the joints that are there.

lunges and presses sound good too.
