Another question while im on a quizzical roll...

The two board press and four board press on the PB chart, do they mean benched from 3/6inches above the chest to lock out?

And if so, does it count doing the press in a power rack with the pins set at 3/6 inches above the chest and pressed to lock out from there? Or does it have to be lowered to a 3/6 inch board on the chest and pressed back up? Or is it something completely different all together?!?!

Nope, that would that be a rack/pin press.

Just pop to B&Q, pick up some 2x4s and trim to the right length, glue or nail them together et voila.
