Iv been Suffering with a pain in my left elbow when training its hard to explain i.e when pressing over head and the start when you have the bar on your chest and the elbow is full bent there is a large amount of pain at the point same when bench press but once iv finished a set no matter what weight I have a pain in the front, back and down my forearm ? and the pain will be there for an hour or two ?

I had this problem for a few months now and tired resting it and no better soon as i return to the gym and one or two light sets later the pain is back ! and I find it hard to continue to train ? any one else had a similar problem ? Confused

I have the pain when the elbow is fully bent under load, especially during overhead press and in the left elbow only. It's a persistent nuisance that I have had for many years.
If it's the same thing I can offer you some comfort in the fact that it never seems to get worse even over several years, so I tend to do my best to ignore it.
Hope this helps.

Same for me but it also hursts whilst doing the press and near lock out.

Physio told me i have triceps tendonitis. Affects all pressing.

Best bet is see a physio asap, get it diagnosed and sorted quick

i had this for a will, got it sorted with A.R.T Active release therapy and good old deep deep tissue massage and massaging the tendons through there range or mothion. hurts like f**k but its effective

got mine done by a Chiro we had up here, for a while. but if you go to a good physio and get then to unleash thumb war on your tendons and muscles that should break up the scar tissue on the tendons and muscles and allow full recovery
